YUZU BEACH PROJECT

YUZU BEACH PROJECT

Zen is known as the starting point of philosophy in India. It came to China and then to Japan in the 12th century. Zen philosophy is a journey in itself. This philosophy is important today; it is essential to catch the moment, to use the time properly, not to worry about the past and not to worry about the future. According to this philosophy, we can create space with our thoughts. The philosophy of Zen makes us think that life is hidden in small details. The basis of the Zen philosophy lies in simplicity and harmony, as in other Far East philosophies, and it shows itself in decoration with minimalist elements and simplicity. In the Yuzu Beach project, which we designed with inspiration from the Japanese Zen philosophy; We combined Japanese architecture with Zen philosophy. In doing so, we reflected the conceptual elements into the space in terms of architecture. For example; We interpreted the long walkway at the entrance as a reflection of patience in the philosophy of Zen. On the right side of the walkway, we positioned stores that were construct in Japanese architecture style. When the road is complete; We are greeted by a place where simple and organic materials are used, including Japanese architecture and Japanese philosophy. Yuzu Beach offers a versatile venue and different experiences to the user likewise; restaurant, foot tennis, beach volley, party area, spa area, yoga area, sushi bar.
