In the Yia-mas Alaçatı restaurant project, we set out to bring a new breath to the perception of the traditional Greek restaurant. This project is located at the seaside. We have obtain a design approach that takes the nature without interfering with the existing texture of the field, where naturalness and sustainability are at the forefront. For example we bring the colors from the nature such as; coral color from dried tomatoes on the ceiling; blue color from the sea; sorrel color from sand and wood. The sirtaki area, located in the middle of the space, offers an interactive experience to the user. This place answers the requirements of a restaurant, also offering a more warm place to the user will enjoy.
